How do I receive confirmation of my KPCAshow registration?
If you register online, a confirmation will immediately be sent to your e-mail address.
If you register by fax or mail, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you within 5 business days.
If no e-mail address is supplied, your confirmation will be faxed to you.
If you did not receive your confirmation, please e-mail at show@kpca.or.kr
When is KPCA open space selection for the 2013 show?
Exhibitors are provided with scheduled dates and times to select exhibit space.
However, anyone can drop by the show management office in the front of the Venue during show hours.

when is my move-in date?
Completion of Heavy Exhibits Move in, April 21(Sun.) 08:00 ~12:00
Completion of General Exhibits Move in, April 21(Sun.) ~ 22(Mon.) 08:00~ 20:00
ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET BY 20:00 MONDAY.
What are the height restrictions for my booths?
Height restrictions are based on the type of booth you have purchased.
Basically, no structure may exceed a height a 15.0 meter.
Please note that the 5.0m height limit includes towers, name boards, and advertising features including balloons.
What is the payment schedule for the KPCAshow 2013?
The payment schedule is as follows :
50% of total booth fee is due within a week after submitting the application forms.
50% of total booth fee and facilities fee are February 28(Thu.). 2013
All contracts received after March 29, 2013 must be accompanied by 100% payment.
When will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are typically mailed and faxed to the exhibitor in a week after the space contract has been approved.

How do I get information and order forms for the things we'll need in our booth?
The exhibitor manual and downloadable order forms will also be available on KPCAshow website starting January 14, 2013.
If you did not receive your Exhibitor Manual or need additional manuals, e-mail show@kpca.or.kr to request one.
Please include all of the following information in your e-mail request :
- Name
- Company Name
- Company Mailing Address
- How many manuals or what forms you are requesting
The deadline for KPCAshow order forms is January 31, 2013(It can be changed.)

Can children attend the KPCA show?
No, children may not attend the KPCAshow.
The KPCAshow is not open to the general public and all attendees must be in related
industry to be eligible to attend the show.
